@trinistyled packaged this order with so much care and detail. She thought about every part of this bag and made sure it would be safe during shipping. She was also so attentive when I had a bunch of questions as this was my first luxury bag. I did not miss out on the experience buying it in the store because this bag came with all the accessories— dust bag, box, and even all the tags! Couldn’t have asked for a better seller. Item was in excellent condition.
