The bag didn’t come with the original strap and divider which were not pictured and mentioned in the listing. After communicating with the seller, I was kindly offered a return. The seller wasn’t aware of the situation and resold the bag directly after their purchase. Even though it didn’t work out. I really appreciate an honest and kind seller like this, sorry I didn’t see your messages earlier. I was not able to message you back. Thank you!
