Very clean & professional, the item was sent in a box with paper to protect & cover the item. I bought shoes from this person & they were in good condition. This is only my 2nd purchase on here & it was way better than my 1st one,the other person sent my item wrapped in plastic inside a envelope & dirty. Unlike this person who at least took Time to clean it up & make it presentable. Thank you.
