Shoes were in great shape with only a tiny, almost unnoticeable, wear on back of heel tap; otherwise these looked new. The insole blemish was well described; no surprise. Shipping took 11 days, which was a little longer than I expected. Packaging was adequate with paper between shoes to avoid movement scuffing during shipping. All in all I am very happy with everything, especially the item price - what a deal!!! Nice, smooth transaction.
