The order was received as described and quickly shipped! However, the sweater was not in any kind of protective bag. I don't need fancy wrapping, but I do appreciate items being protected from the elements. The sweater was also on top, right up against where I had to cut to open the box. Again, the seller just needs to make sure and protect the items sent. I would have hated to accidentally cut the sweater while trying to cut open the box.
