Seller is super quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating in uploading additional pictures of the item when requested. She communicated a timeframe of when she would ship my item (it was the holiday weekend for reference so it was appreciated that this was communicated) and was prompt to send my item in the day she indicated. Sweatshirt arrived well packaged, she included a sweet thank you note, and the item was exactly as described. Highly recommend!!!
