Item arrived rather swiftly and packaged well; I also enjoyed the little note and stickers included. Seller messaged me with concern she might not be able to remember code for the box but assured me that she would either try and find the code or message manufacturer and ask them how to reset. I thought it was very professional and considerate of her. Messaged me back later and let me know the old code and that she would be sending the item. Not disappointed. Very positive experience. Would buy from her again. ☆☆☆☆☆
