I really appreciate that you put the skirt in a zipper bag as it was left on my porch in the rain. You don't need to spray disinfectant on items as 3 days is enough to kill the virus on most surfaces. Lots of folks have allergies that might have issues with whatever you sprayed with, so it seems safer to skip that step.
