So sorry for the late rating. My purchase was shipped on the same day and was exactly as described in the listing. The communication was great and the seller reassured me that I should have my purchase by Christmas and I did. I highly recommend seller to other buyers. Item was as described but way smaller than I hoped (not the sellers fault as the measurements were clearly given). It is clean and appears practically new. The decorative puff balls pictured are missing. It was nearly a week before I received it but that could be the way the mail runs due to the holidays.

I recieved waited for postal workers to come on other side of street. This is cute throught it was a little larger bur I like it.thanks
