So sorry for the late rating. My purchase was shipped on the same day and was exactly as described in the listing. Item was as described but way smaller than I hoped (not the sellers fault as the measurements were clearly given). It is clean and appears practically new. The decorative puff balls pictured are missing. It was nearly a week before I received it but that could be the way the mail runs due to the holidays.
