She was awesome and followed up on shipping through the post office when the post office made a mistake. The post office shipped the keyboard to a close city of mine. They didn't ever deliver it to me or my actual city I'm in but they shipped it back to the state that it was originally mailed from. The seller stayed on top of it and reached out to the post office. They then got it back in route to me quickly. I couldn't have been more appreciative on how she took ownership and got the issue corrected. On top of that the keyboard I ordered looks practically brand new and works perfect.
