5 stars for quality of item. Two sides to this review: This top is nothing short of spectacular. 🥂 Not only does it still have it’s tag on,($165) but it’s even more gorgeous “on.” Frank Lyman never disappoints. 💯 I ordered this top from you on April 5th. It took you 7 days to ship this out to me (Apr. 12). 9 days until it started tracking (Apr. 14). I finally received it on April 22 (17 days later). Poshmark’s words, you’ll find within their website: “In order to provide the best customer service, Poshmark expects our sellers to ship their sales within 2 days.” There was and has been ZERO communication from you about delayed delivery, (if there was a family emergency or a health crisis, preventing you from shipping this out in a timely fashion - COMMUNICATE - it’s very simple & effective) NO “thank you” note in the package, nor messaged to me. This is certainly not how I treat my customers. I treat my customers like GOLD. I would be absolutely mortified if I reenacted these behaviours. Thanks for the top, and for the deal, but I certainly would not recommend you as a seller, nor will I purchase from you again, Wendy.✌️
