The seller had informed me that the item had been reposhed and that the original box had been taped over. So unfortunately the seller couldn’t do anything about the situation since it came from someone else before them. Other than that the item was in great condition. The seller went out of their way to send me a message about the shoes to make sure they were okay when they had arrived and making sure that I was happy in the end.
