@yadontsay is the reason I haven’t deleted the app off my phone. Unfortunately I haven’t always had a good experience purchasing from other poshers but this review isn’t about putting anyone down but to say thank you Olivia for your customer service, your wonderful prices, your unique offerings that always arrive packaged with speed and thoughtfulness. Olivia is one of my favorite people that I actually have never met. If there is a piece that has been sold she tries to find a duplicate which I appreciate. When the postal person leaves my packages there is always the feeling of Christmas morning in my heart like when I was a child, so happy that I get to be getting really cool stuff. 🫶🏾

Olivia could teach a master class on wonderful customer service. The pieces she offers are unique with really generous price offerings for the purchaser. The merchandise I buy always arrives the way it is listed which sadly, hasn’t always been my experience with other poshers, her integrity is one of the many reasons I am always excited when she has new items listed. Her thoughtfulness of a hand written thank you note is never expected yet always appreciated during a time when people (myself included) are being more conscious with spending money. I am a happy returning customer. ✨✨✨
