This top came as described and is a beautiful blue color. The seller added a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase, and saying that an extra piece was added because it took so long to ship. I didn't notice a slow shipping time, but I love the NWT leggings they added! They are a bit shorter for Summer and so soft. This seller went above and beyond, and I'm very happy with my order!
