I literally just made the worst mistake by using my new steamer on a garment I was about to ship and it was a nightmare to say the least. 😦 I have since then read your wonderful note of feedback and even though those sweet words could not save this sad skirt I ruined, they most definitely saved the rest of this day and made me so happy.
