knrealest54Dear Posher, (Coopersmomma) i am the girl that ordered the lilly sunglasses from you on Sept 28. My mail carrier is new & did not deliver due to a digit off, instead of being the correct address of 13626 WEYBURNE DRIVE, DELRAY BEACH, Fl. 33446, it was 13636. I rushed to the Post Office & the package had been sent back that morning.! I would still like to have the glasses. If not, I will dispute my credit card charge. thank you so much! Kathleen

Nov 13Reply

coppersma@knrealest54 hi there. I am coppersmama, not cooper. I haven’t listed any sunglasses for sale. I hope you get it all figured out.

modamecoutureHi doll. I have reduced the lovely scarf you made an offer on to my lowest. If you so choose to purchase, I will ship it out today. Thank you. Muah.

jennabennashopThanks for all your shares! I love your closet!!

coppersma@jennabennashop Thank you girl! I was just going to thank you for all your shares too 😊

Jan 19Reply

merileeannHi Springwater. I'm Merilee. Love your style! I'm honored that you shopped in my closet today. :) I will get these great jeans to you ASAP.

Feb 16Reply

coppersma@merileeann Hi Merilee, I was going through your closet drooling! Thank you so much.

Feb 16Reply

merileeannAw. You are so sweet. And seriously, your closet looks great. I have a tip for you too! Share your whole closet, top to bottom, whenever you are on Posh (if possible, of course). When you share, your items move up in search queues. You should notice a lot more activity because you sell popular brands. :) If I can ever help more, please ask.

Feb 16Reply

coppersma@merileeann Thank you, I appreciate the tip!! So, you can tell I only share the top portion, or my favorite items??

Feb 16Reply

merileeannI could only tell because I checked. :) Once I figured this out, I decided I wanted everyone to know, if they didn't already (it took me a while). The 2 best things to boost sales are listing (or re-listing) and sharing all your times. Are you in any posh facebook groups?

Feb 16Reply

coppersma@merileeann I had no idea there was a way to tell. I'll start sharing top to bottom, this is good to know. Yes I am on a Facebook page for PM and it has helped a TON!

Feb 16Reply

merileeannP.S. Yes, it only means your listing is buried below all the people who have shared in that brand/category since you shared last. :) So, it just helps you get more attention for your cute stuff. Try to share around all the party times, if you can. No biggie if you can't, just whenever you have the time.

Feb 16Reply

coppersma@merileeann Well I really appreciate the tip, thanks a ton! Do you think Follow Games are good? I've been getting tons of followers from sharing them.

Feb 16Reply

merileeannI don't worry too much about followers. Most people, like me, shop from doing a search. I had maybe 100 sales before I even had 5000 followers. I focused on clear photos, good descriptions, competitive pricing and sharing my own closet (and target sharing/following others who have similar brands to mine). Followers really are not your best use of time, in my experience. Also, have you applied to be an SU?

Feb 16Reply

coppersma@merileeann That's a good point, 99% of the time I do a specific search for an item I'm looking for. No, I'm not sure how to apply to become a SU...?

Feb 16Reply

merileeannAnd I'll tell you something else! This morning, when you made the offer on my jeans, I had just shared them that hour prior. :) So, mine were near the top. I'd like to think my photos and descrip helped, but you get the idea. haha

Feb 16Reply

coppersma@merileeann Awwwwwww I see! Okay I learned something new! Thanks a ton. I've got you saved in my "likes".

Feb 16Reply

merileeannNice talking to you. I'm in the Best Poshmark tips and Poshmark User Group on facebook. And you apply to be an SU through FAQ on the app. Go look there. I think it is support@poshmark or something.

Feb 16Reply

mldinolfoHi. There was a goof-up. I mislabeled the toddler bathing suit as NWOT, but that was meant for a different item. It's in great condition, but has been used. Are you still wanting it or should I cancel?
