So, your frames in very good condition. Now, if my memory serves me correct, these were actually produced during the 50’s all the way early mid 60’s.

@nevadadeb Because of their age, and their condition, so far it’s looking good for you. Now, the only issue I see, is that the original lenses are missing. This is a big factor when selling B&L Ray Bans, as Bausch & Lomb were actually known more for their lenses rather than their frames.

@nevadadeb so personally, (and every expert has a slightly different opinion) I would say you can sell these for $200 most. It might take some time though, because that is a bit high. I would personally sell them for about $125 only because the missing lenses.

@nevadadeb And these specific frames actually came with some “not so common” lenses called RB3 Lenses. So those lenses would have added a bit more value if you still had them.

@nevadadeb Point is, my advice would be to list them at $200. Put in your description that the price is negotiable, and put a minimum price tag in your head. I wouldn’t take anything less than $100. Even that would be a very good deal for the buyer.

@nevadadeb Also, most B&L Ray Ban enthusiasts search for their items on e Bay. I’m pretty sure you can make close to what you’re asking for, and in a decent amount of time if you list them as an auction for 7 days. If that helps.

@nannometer of course, if you want to sell them faster.. you can lower the prices a bit. Most buyers are patient to see if they find the same pair at a cheaper price.

He Worried about cataracts but My Asian mother would NEVER let me go out in the sun bc she said I would get too dark like a rice farmer!!??
