@classytaste6 if your the seller you have to click on account tab @ username then select my sales, then select order, then select problem/ order inquiry, then select cancel/ order, then select reason for cancellation to complete cancellation. Some of them I purchased them at stores that did not carry boxes. Regardless, they are 100% authentic Designer Shoes and Sippers bought from various department stores.
