mo3bz Hello, I received my order 2day after it had been cancelled due 2me not receiving any tracking info from the postal service’s end & it had been over 7days since the initial order date,March 8th.Two boxes came from your address 2me even though I only ordered one item. I reached out 2 Poshmark support & am waiting 2 hear back from them, as I would like for my funds 2be released 2 your account even though the order was cancelled.

mo3bz kisstine113 if they can’t honor that request which I hope they can then hopefully they can tell me the necessary steps to see what all I need to do to resolve this. This had never happened to an order I replaced.

mo3bz Poshmark emailed me back and in the email it stated that they released the funds to you for the MK purse I purchased. Which I’m glad they did, since I like the purse.

mo3bz The other package that was sent to me by mistake Poshmark couldn’t help me on that one since I didn’t purchase that item. I’m thinking you will have to reach out to them about that one (would need a return slip I’m guessing) then I would know what to do about mailing that package back to you.

mo3bz @kisstine113 the first box I opened was the item I purchased. MK purse. I haven’t opened the 2nd box. Both boxes were delivered from your mailing address. Poshmark support only had actual item I purchased on file.

mo3bz @kisstine113 Hope all is well....my job is closed till further notice, so I’m taking every precaution to practice social distancing......a lot is shut down here. I will be able to mail your package back to you, I just don’t know when as I don’t want to take my 2 year old out with me when I do. Have you heard from Poshmark support on your end?

homeboundpicks @kisstine113 @mo3bz Hi ladies, just fyi. You can always order usps pick up. It's free. That way, you don't have to go out. As far as shipping label. You will have to try to reach out to Poshmark again. Sorry can't help you with that one.

mo3bz @kisstine113 I was able to get out the house briefly and mail your package back to you today since I wasn’t for sure that I was going to be able to do it later since our city will be on a mandatory shut down by Friday & the school system I work for is closing schools for the remainder of the school year. To send it back was costly $15.05 (stamped on the box) my only option.
