1970s Handmade Genuine Python Snakeskin Leather Purse

Vintage exotic genuine python leather western over-the-shoulder bag. This unique, rich, and earthy purse is hand stitched and only the inside zipper is machine stitched in. • Adjustable leather slide strap measures between 22" - 44" • Bag measures 9" tall x 9.5" wide x 3.5" deep • Two open compartments and a middle zippered compartment. • Leather interior lining • Leather braided tassel slide close button closure • Leather button closure Snakeskin leather became popular in America in the 1970s in Western apparel. such as cowboy boots, belts, and bags. It is now reintroduced as an element of the highly popular coastal cowgirl style. Pair with a flirty light white dress to rock this style. This bag is unbranded. Note: The bag has soil marks on the inside, maybe from the glue. It needs cleaning and conditioning, which I did not feel qualified to do as it needs proper exotic leather conditioner and I didn't want to damage the scales. There is slight scale lifting along the top, and there is one or two missing scales. Please examine photos carefully. M3-3
