For the serious collector! This is a hard to come by 1991 miniature NATIONAL FINALS RODEO COMMEMORATIVE BELT BUCKLE. It is designed and signed by Award Design for HESSTON. The buckle measures 2 1/2" by 2" and is in excellent condition. Please check out each picture and zoom in for a closer inspection.
