The star cut star pattern on the sides is fun ( 8 points) and the ends resemble those fancy vintage doorknobs. Unfortunately I don't know the maker. In 2 detail photos you can see a hint of rainbow (characteristic of crystal). I am not sure of the exact age of these but guessing they are vintage. These were more common when dining was more formal. It's possible crystal manufacturers have brought these back as they have become popular in recent years.
