valsamotina @kurlylockz it depends on your personality I guess. If you’re more of a sweats, hair in high bun, on the go kind of girl, than this would be a semi-formal. If you’re that mom, or future mom…. or grandma (sorry, I don’t know how old you are) that all the other moms either hate or admire because of how amazingly well put together you look dropping kids off at 8:00am. In this case, I guess it could be casual :) I can take a picture wearing it tomorrow, if that would help you decide.
