2000’s Eggplant Purple Ruched Bodice Corset Back Mori Lee Evening Gown Prom Dres

A 2000’s corset back Mori Lee eggplant purple corset back evening gown, in very good condition. The included shoulder straps have been fitted for a halter neck style, but are clip on, and can be removed altogether or worn conventionally with the addition of two extra hooks. A previous owner unevenly hemmed the dress, including chopping off a large portion of lining material with pinking shears. The hem has been redone and evened out as much as possible, with a narrow hand rolled finish. The bodice is boned, and fully lined with purple satin. The modesty panel snaps can be moved, so the fit is a bit adjustable, give or take a size in either direction. The dress is shown on a size 4 mannequin, and measures 34” bust, 27” waist, 37” hips.
