stretchy y2k halter top in black with yellow contrast. one adjustable neck tie strap. features a silver metal ring loop detail. missing care tags but no other flaws. fits like a size medium. pit to pit is 15" to 20", waist 14" to 19", length is about 14" laying flat, not including the tie strap.
