penlims Just tell the support that you bought it. It is fake made of stainless steel. Fake stamp. fake diamonds. The fact that the user does not exist anymore makes things even easier for you. Just explain the situation say you took it to your jeweler. This is unacceptable and you do not buy fakes. You simply want to get your money back. Send pictures and you will get your money back!!! I promise.
