2/$20 girl jean dress lace flower 12 months

This cute Children's Place dress is size 9-12 months. There are pink buttons in the shape of flowers, flowers embroidered on it, light pink lace, a bow on each side and a ruffle on the bottom. There are 4 round buttons on the back. It's in perfect condition except for writing on the tag as pictured. Also, although it's sewn properly, the second seam doesn't want to lie flat (see photos.)
