2x-4X Red Hemmed Cold Shoulder Top

Absolutely love this top, but it is a bit too large for my breasts! I was a size 2X when I bought it, and it fit well with lots of stretch!! Tag says 4X and could absolutely fit a 4X. Gorgeous cold shoulder, and a nice high low style. Amazing for the office.
