3/$25 Ricki's black formal blazer

Black formal blazer with puffy shoulders and ruffle detailing. Great to pair with a formal dress during winter parties or a nice pair of dress pants when going to the office. It's not bulky like most blazers and fits under a winter jacket. Slight mark on the top of the right pocket, but not really noticeable, otherwise in great condition. Only $8 when bundled with 3 or more items from my closet. Price dropped!
