3/30$ Urban Outfitters Open knit V neck tunic

Open knit V neck tunic by Design Lab from Urban Outfitters. Falls right below the hips, but sides are split from the waist down, so you can tuck the front in. Slightly sheer but can be worn alone. EUC.
