Very sweet cotton/poly blend eyelet blouse with mandarin collar and tortoiseshell coloured plastic buttons. Puffed sleeves lined with elastic around upper arm. No idea on brand as there is no tag. Looks to be sized medium. Would look super cute this summer with denim. Never worn, never washed. No tags. Quite sheer. Length 24" Armpit to armpit 20" Smoke free, pet friendly home.
