3/$65 Vintage handmade sweater

Vintage handmade knit sweater. Bought at a boutique second hand store in Toronto that claimed it was from the 90s. I bought it as a tunic for ugly Christmas sweater day last year and wore it once, it no longer fits. It's got some pilling of the yarn but still in amazing shape. The sweater sits snug against the neck, but not tight like a turtleneck. No size or material label but it fits like a large (see measurements in pics) and feels like its made out of an acrylic yarn blend. Only $22 when bundled with 3 or more items from my closet.
