Hello! I tried messaging you privately but you didn’t respond. I bought the double g Gucci belt from you yesterday and noticed it’s been deleted off your page. When I click on my purchase it’s says “listing is not found”. What happened to it?

@bikini_girl hi! I just checked and you’re correct, it’s gone from my page but in my sales section it’s still showing and I already shipped it. I’m opening a case with Poshmark. I don’t know how it could have been removed since I can’t edit listings once they’ve sold. Please let me know if you received tracking info yet.

@blpaul they will usually send you a notification with the reason they removed the listing. Is the belt a replica?

@bikini_girl no it’s authentic-all my items are. I had a cancellation request in a different belt and I’m wondering if they took the wrong item down? I contacted support but you should also. This item was shipped so I’m a little concerned.

@blpaul I did send them a message asking why they removed the item and they responded apologizing the item was not as described and how to go about returning it

@bikini_girl I Double checked and no, I did not received anything from Poshmark about this item. I just posted the tracking info that I’m seeing in the sales section to my closet - I am contacting them again because I didn’t know they sent you that notification. They did not send me any such thing.

@bikini_girl they got back to me and told me something completely different! I’m so frustrated they keep saying that. I will post the email to my closet. Please take a look. I do not have the receipt because I’ve have it for so long. They told me they have asked you to send it back because Poshmark inadvertently deleted the posting. So they are telling us different things.

@bikini_girl t same with me. I’m assuming they have limited staff because of our current situation but I still don’t like the fact they are telling me one thing and telling you something different. On the case, the resolution is “return -per seller” but they are the ones that initiated all this, not me 🤬
