ladyj555 Hi Emily, I don't know how the discounted shipping works. Ichked email on Fri & on Sun. It looks like PM picks the items closet clear out. I know because back in Dec I had sev of my items discount with $4.99 shipping for 6 hrs & I had no idea. I really don't know how it works. I thought that I might have gotten a link in my email where I could activate the 4.99 shipping for 6 hrs but there wasn't. Any ideas? Have you ever done this or someone or has?
