prettypretty hey, babe. i have a question. i have a pair of hot pink and back nike shoes for sale. for some reason it has a golden reserve sign just like the sold sign when someone buys an item. i can not edit this item, nor delete it and no one can purchase it. how do i fix this, and why is it doing it? lmk if you know the answer to this. thanks.

tracy @prettypretty hi there. This happens when someone hits the buy button on your item and is going through the checkout process. If they don't finish the checkout in 10 min or so, the reserve will be released and your item will be available for sale again.

prettypretty hello! you answered a question for me earlier, so I thought maybe you could answer another. if you take a look in my closet I made a bundle for someone. when they purchased it I did not get notified, it did not go into my sales or balence, and I did not get the emailed shipping label. what do we do now? I can't receive my money without it in my 'sales.' and she can't just repurchase it, her money is already taken out. please help?
