tracy @leslie_kim hi there! Yes share daily! Yours and other listings. The more you share the more you help other people (and yourself) get increased exposure. Shares go to your Posh followers and to other social networks if you have that feature set up. You should also build your following so your shares go to more people! Hope this helps!

Once you post dresses & shoes, your followers have the ability to refine what they view to only handbags, accessories, tops, etc. However, some poshers share their items in an order so all shirts are together, pants are together, etc. I recommend you mix your listings, to make your closet more diverse and attractive! You can comment in my closet any time if you have questions, welcome to Poshmark!

I have sent over 20 emails because I was supposed to receive a $180 deposit by yesterday and it was never put into my account. There is no phone number to contact anyone so I'm wondering why I'm not getting a response on this matter. I am owed the money and not getting a response for 2 days is unnerving and very frustrating. No one seems to be acknowledging the emails. What should I do?

I am still waiting for the one for $180 that was supposed to be received on the 16th. I was intending on using that money to pay bills. I'm starting to see more and more retail stores on here as well, which right now I've only shared items from my closet and not from my store. But what if you created a second sight that was strictly for people selling retail merchandise and limit it to only that website and have posh strictly for individual closets and no retail? .

girldoodle Hi Tracy! I wanted to know what your thoughts on this was. Back when poshmark launched you were able to set an item to $0 and just pay the shipping. This was how people traded. I assumed Poshmark still got a cut on this. Now you have to pay $3 and shipping to trade, so a lot of shady things are happening now.

girldoodle People don't want to pay the extra money so they are printing the label then cancelling the order. They still can use the label, and poshmark makes nothing. I feel like it was a better policy before as it kept people from doing things like this. Will any honest trading ever be brought back? Thanks so much!

herbrey It has come to my attention that your site is a breeding ground for the distribution and sale of counterfeit items throughout the US. Although your company policy claims that you do not tolerate nor allow the trafficking of unlicensed replicas, the reality of such is contradictory. I have sited a multitude of offerings for items that are clearly fake and admit the same with a flagrant disregard for the law. Comments like "inspired by" and "the price reflects authenticity" are obvious examples.

amalieeb It’s a disaster. I’m not sure that the current customer service model will keep Poshmark sustainable. Just recently received another email saying since the seller and I had a conversation offline about both wanting the return there wasn’t anything to be done. The conversation was online - on your platform!! I took screenshots. I’m weeks into this now. They keep sending a response about size. The issue isn’t size! I have never experienced anything so mind numbing!! I’m a reasonable person.

Also I would feel offended or fair that after all the wasted time and... well not money since I would get it back but in essence that money that could have been used for something else instead was just sitting there for a week and I just get a “hey sorry, here is your money” and that is it.

I have gone about reinstating it multiple times on my own. Sent my 5th email regarding the issue and still haven’t heard a peep from your team. I didn't start adding things to my closet until recent months. Love the concept of this platform and user friendly app. Love finding and spreading love for chic pieces new and pre-owned, and the Poshers that shares similar fashion aesthetic. dani202010 Hi, Until Now,Poshmark Canada has turned a blind eye to my order problems . Sellers send damaged items, what they want and really don't care. They just say return for refund and buyers are out return shipping with tracking as dictates.Poshmark Canada needs to fix this and let the buyer to leave the negatives feedback.They are deserved and should remain.I may need to call Local police and ask how to resolve this problem.

I would rather the package does not sit in front of my apartment. I left a note on my front door to UPS and/or Fed Express to please return the package to sender. She is also spamming and harassing other accounts. I had sold an item to her MONTHS ago, which she returned and that was that. I don’t know why she’s doing this now, but she’s sharing my name and address to many members of the community.

Poshmark is such an incredible platform with so much more fuel in the tank. I plan to hold on to my 150 shares, will probably buy more, and have faith that my investment will prove to be fruitful.
