Anything over $25 is $4.99 Under $25 is $6.99 If you by more than 1 item form the same closet the buyer will "bundle" the items and post them together. Usually there is a discount but not always. The best benefit is there is only 1 shipping fee for the entire bundle.

bthereasap @cuban_love Posh Love Days were a special offer from the company. Perhaps there was a benchmark in time you needed to be a member. I would email support@poshmark.com and ask. They will know for sure, perhaps they can extend the courtesy.

larissabanana I've been on this site for a little while and I haven't figured out how to cancel an order if the person doesn't reply or ship an item. Also, if the person tries to scam you, how can you get your money back?

bthereasap @larissabanana Hi😊 With regards to canceling a Poshmark order you would go to your PURCHASES and highlight the item. In the bottom you will see a tab PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER. From here you can cancel the order and you will also receive a confirmation email from Poshmark stating it has been cancelled. With the scamming issue I'm assuming it was a purchase made through Poshmark in which case you would contact support@poshmark.com via email and explain the situation in detail and also provide any pics, comments (you can send a pic of this also) etc. as proof if your accusation. They are very helpful and reply back within 48hrs. Helpful??

bthereasap @mariettak Hi doll😊 Bundling is posting multiple items in one listing. I use a collage app called Easy Collage but there are so many. Find one you love. Save the collage pic and then post it under a bundle listing. The items individually can be edited to say "BUNDLED" at the beginning of the title. Also you will want to increase the price while you edit so that no one will buy the individual post. You can do this by adding a few extra zeros to the original price.

bthereasap @lallyhijabi Hi again😊 You asked about trading. Trading is when 2 users exchange merchandise with each other as opposed to buying from each other. Trading is AGAINST Poshmark guidelines. If something goes wrong like for instance the other user says she will send the item and doesn't. Another scenario the item is not as described Poshmark will not help in retrieving your funds. Helpful?

bthereasap @yennie0924 Hi 😊 Welcome to you! Just checked your closet and the items were successfully listed. They look great! I'm guessing your searching for them on your FEED or during a PARTY. In either case they will be posted each time you go into the listing and SHARE it. Doing so will feed it into the system and "share" to all if your followers. It's important to gain followers so that more users will see your items and increase your exposure. I suggest following more users, most will follow you back. Another way to gain followers is to share your items more often as well as items that catch your interest. The other user will usually share your items in return feeding your listing to her followers. Anyone of her followers that see it and are interested will share as well/follow you. Not seeing your item shared by you at a party is due to the fact there are thousands more users doing the same thing at the same time. The items are shown however it's harder to see them because of the amount of listings. Sharing at parties is another great way to expose your closet to users and gain sales. Helpful??

bthereasap @yennie0924 My pleasure. One more thing, anything listed as NWT is an item that has never been used. If you sell it as NWT and the buyer sees it has any use they can return it through Poshmark and you would be responsible for the shipping. I noticed this on the MK bag. The listing is perfect and the bag is beautiful! I would just edit the post by removing the NWT icon. I don't want you to have this come up later for you doll🌸🌸🌸

bthereasap @jmoschitta22 Hi again😊! The cross bracelet I do have in pink (1 left)I would have to order another if you would like 2. No problem just let me know about about 2 weeks before (ordering-shipping etc). "Tagging" is a Poshmark term used when you want another user to "see" whether it be a comment or an item. For example if you wanted me to "see" the cross bracelets you'd like to order for your sisters, you would comment on the item in my closet which shows that picture. Just like you did yesterday. You comments show in my NEWS feed because the item is in my closet. However if you wanted me to "see" an item/comment etc. in the closet of another user, you would "tag" me by adding the @ symbol in front of my username bthereasap. This will allow your comment to show in my NEWS as well. If you notice at the top of my comment I "tagged" you. Again because the post is in my closet and not in yours. If this posted item were in your closet I could just comment or use the @ symbol. Either way it will show in the NEWS. With regards to the free bracelet, this is an item available when a "bundle" is purchased. A "bundle" is 2 or more items from one closet listed and purchased under listing. The user posts all if your items together which saves on shipping and sometimes there is a discount. Hope this helps!! Best to ya🍃🍂

Be sure to join the parties as often as possible. This is the fastest way to highlight your closet to different users viewing what us shared in the party feed. The shipping process is easy. The buyer pays the shipping fee. under $25 is $6.99 $25 & over is $4.99 Once an item sells in your closet you will receive a shipping label via email. Attach it to a USPS PRIORITY box and mail it out. 🌸🌸🌸thanks for asking!

bthereasap @sdlambert Haha😊 I'm working behind the scenes... & w/out pay..haha! Story if my life! 🌸 just kidding it's my pleasure! Back to work ... When an item is bundled lets say, the bundle is listed with the items together so that the buyer is only charged one shipping fee. The individual separate posts that comprise the bundle must be left in the sellers closet. Mostly as to support the bundle post. The original listing my have info on a comment thread or description that may need to be factored in should there be an issue to arise in the transaction. Therefore the seller keeps in in her closet. Since it's already sold she would add that to the listing description. Many will see that and some won't. Therefore the price is increased by adding zeros, making it too expensive to purchase my mistake. Pls let me know if that makes more sense.

Keywords are good however sharing both to your followers and at parties are the best exposure. Share for others because most share to their followers back. bthereasap @shannonp77 Hi😊 Welcome to you! You're right, in having to unlike them individually. However I did want you to also think of your "LIKES" as a sort of file. I can find items of interest, users, party hosts, great closets etc. For example you wouldn't purchase this listing but by keeping it in your "Likes" you can find it easily of you ever had more questions in the future. Instead of having to remember where you've seen it. Good luck!

bthereasap @vwelch As far as I know ... You are free to share to a party as many times as you like. However the item will only post chronologically once. So .. As far as I am aware it will feed through as many times as you share it buy will only post once, the first time you share each item. (Not 100% on this.)

mytoesinthesand @bthereasap here is the answer I got from support 😉. Thanks for your email. You can only share an item to a party once and it will not "move up in line" if shared again. Additionally, other users can share your item to the party and it's sorting will be determined by our system's listing order algorithms; however, it will still only appear in the party once. In my opinion, Why would anyone share to a party the first 2-1/2 hrs? Your item will never be seen.

bthereasap @vwelch They worded what I was trying to say perfectly. I share at different times dependent on what going on... For instance most users wait for the start of a party. There is so much activity and energy so the beginning is terrific. The east coast users have the end of party happening at a 12am which is tricky with work/ child care. Sharing at the end will have users who didn't make the party checking back. The wonderful thing is that it can be whatever you like it to be. bthereasap @kmiceli1 First of all your very sweet💐 thank you! Your family is beautiful🙏 Just stalked your closet! Haha😊 I your doing fine, don't be so hard on yourself. Believe me it's still a journey for me. Try a few things, first pay close attention to lighting. All types are great. My favorite is spot that has indirect sunlight. So you'll find me in various parts of the house depending on where the sun is (time of day). Next try getting different angles on your items. Makes them a little more interesting. Lastly try taking about 10 pics of each item. Selecting the "one" forces you to pay attention to them individually. It may sound like a lot but know that mine are all done with my phone. Try a few tomorrow. Tag me, I would love to see!

Why is it that on some parties the girls who host the parties, seem to take advantage of it and post their WHOLE closets in the Host Picks? Tonight a girl posted everything including her "shop my closet" and "sale" posts in the host picks... I feel she took total advantage of it. While the rest of us wait on tip toes for the rare special moment to get a Host Pick...can you maybe explain that to me? 🙈

Party host guidelines are given such as no more than 10 items from your own closet and no more than 3 items from another single closet. If course all items shared as Host Picks must follow the rules. I agree the sale sign shouldn't have been selected (haven't checked the items yet) as a "Pick". Hopefully the Host stayed within the guidelines she was given. 🙆 The great part is that it's one party and the Hosts change daily. You do really get a variety with the way Poshmark has setup it's system. Looking forward to tonight's party🎉. Best to you doll💐 Your closet is BEAUTIFUL!

bthereasap @sdlambert Hi again😄 Congrats on your sales 👏! Awesome work. The posts you mentioned are apps found in the App Store. Most are free versions you can download. Not sure which you noticed but you can start with something like "Texts on Photos" and then write what you like over the photo with let's say another app called "Overgram". If you notice a particular closet style you may even compliment the user and simply ask which app she's using. There are hundreds out there. You can even search similar to the ones I mentioned and create your own. Good luck!

Haha When Free Shipping is offered the seller is automatically discounting the item the amount of the shipping. Therefore the incentive to buy is $5 of $25 & above /purchases under $25 the seller will discount the sale by $7.

I am grateful for my Poshmark followers & sales. I have been a dedicated community member for over a year now. I started listing items from my actual closet and before I knew it I began purchasing wholesale in NYC to sell in my Poshmark closet. I do share and follow terrific users as well. I am a Suggested User within the community and my closet is highlighted daily which in turn allows me to gain followers & sales. Many of my sales are from repeat customers who know they can trust me and my merchandise. Going to take a peek in your closet now, can't wait. 😊🌸😊

bthereasap @kurlyfri Hi😊 Welcome! If you send the item same day or next it would be under the USPS 3-4 day priority mail delivery guarantee. They could also use the term same or next day shipping guaranteed. I usually mention it always ships the same or next day upon purchase depending on whether or not my items have already been picked up or not, It is up to the individual user to advertise it as a post in their closet. Please remember most users do send the items out in a timely manner.

bthereasap @kseniasles I've been a Poshmark user over a year. I share at parties, for other users and follow guidelines everyday. Along the way I've dedicated a great deal of time. My closet was also highlighted as a Suggested User and I was recently a party Host. There really isn't a fast track. I does take time.

bthereasap @kalpal12 You are in control of your listings. You can edit the listing to place it on sale and off whenever you want. Each item that it shared during a party, to the party as opposed to your followers, will be posted to the feed for all to see who are watching at the time. Party themes change each day and specific time.

I will give notice if someone asks me to spread the word about an upcoming party. Sharing to your feed means that you share your items to your followers during the day. And to everyone at parties. The studded watches I have available are the blue buckle closure and without studs is the animal print. Select the sell icon on your closet and follow the steps like first taking the photos and listing the info such as title, description, category and pricing. bthereasap @dawomn Sharing is the way your items are loaded into the feed of your followers who are looking at that time. Each user also has the ability to search for particular items they may want. This is done by size, style, designer etc. categories. The system will put together a list for them to scroll through.

I regret not having something like this when I started on Poshmark, so I wanted to change that for everyone else. Hope it makes a difference. I peeked in your closet and it is beautiful! I would delete the "travel item" if you "want" to stay within the guidelines. Other than that your price points are good in my opinion. Pics are nice also. Now you need buyers... and here is the work. Share to your followers and share at parties. Share often during the day. Currently only 240 followers that are looking at their feed at the time time you share can see your items. At parties it's who is looking at the time you share to the party. More followers = more exposure to potential buyers/the right buyer. It takes time. My closet has been open for approx 2yrs now. I share my own and other closet posts literally thousands of times a month. Don't give up, be patient Bellagirl. I'm here to help.

Going back to your purchased items to leave feedback is a great idea bc most buyers will check the comment threads of the seller to check their "integrity" before buying. bthereasap @kristinkingsley To answer your second question (sorry I was driving) when purchasing, the system normally debits the credits earned then charges the debit/credit card on file is the system.

bthereasap @kristinkingsley 20% commission is deducted when the funds are released into your account. Once your item sells the funds are deducted from the buyer, then held by Poshmark minus 20% in your account but not released until the buyer accepts the item upon arrival and inspection. I'm not sure why a user will post $3-4 items unless they were to be add-ons to qualify as a bundle. Some users never post items to sell whatever reasons, perhaps just buyers or browsers. If someone requests your email and makes you uncomfortable you can absolutely report the incident to PM support. Thanks so much for asking, good luck🙋😄‼️

If it is a designer clothing item they are using the internet pics provided by the manufacturer/taking they're own professional pics to also be used for their own site. I can only speak for myself. You would have to ask each seller individually as to their affiliation with a company. Thanks for asking😊

How do the items get chosen? There was a category today that said "black dresses" I would have liked to share my black dresses in this category like you can for parties. I looked through a bit to see if I could find any of my black dresses but couldn't . Does the description have to be exact saying "black dress" to be picked up and added to category? Thanks , Gina

bthereasap @adawkins5678 The discounted shipping rate it generated by Poshmark when an item price is reduced by the seller. This does not happen all the time however. It's dependent on how long the item has been available and the amount it's been discounted. Shipping can range from zero discount to $0.99 total shipping cost.

I checked for you though. I would ask for more pics. Poshmark's no replicas guarantee gives you time to get it authenticated once you have it in your hands. I would ask for more pics. The serial number isn't clear. Pics of the handles and hardware in natural or brighter lighting. With regards to the suede jacket... It's crazy beautiful! In perfect condition and a piece that will be a staple year after year! Let me know if your interested in it. Gorgeous!!

If I click on the followers & I follow everybody who I don't already follow, I haven't gone thru millions of names, as seen by me not having many, many more ppl I follow. bthereasap @yvette_6462 Hi🌸 Following people to gain followers will result in some following you back but not all you're right. I understand your question but not sure if your asking "how do I get a million followers like some of the users I've noticed like others." If that's the case it takes patience and lots of time. The woman who have a "million" followers have been users since the beginning on Poshmark, some are employees and Suggested Users as well. Sharing your listings is also a great way to find new followers because it gives others who haven't seen your closet to view and follow you. Poshmark turns 3 today! Stick with it! You're doing great!

123blaze456 how do i get a discount on shipping ? i heard if the seller is willing to mark down the price for more than 10 % during negotiation, i can get a discount on shipping ? how much discount are we talking about here ? i purchsed an item through the offer botton and the seller reduced the price by 15%,but i did not get the discount on shipping. does the seller have to mark down on their listing, then i buy it to trigger the shipping discount ? thank you.

bthereasap @123blaze456 I generally will discount the listing and anyone (including myself) that had the item in their Likes will get an email with a discounted shipping notice both on the PM app and via email. The discount must be off of the lowest price ever offered. So if the seller has it listed at a price but in the past has run a sale, then adjusted the price back, the discount must be off the lowest ever offered. If you utilize the offer button to negotiate to my knowledge it will offer the $4.99 for 5lb shipping.

A Suggested User is a member/closet of the Poshmark community that has a great reputation in buying/selling. They are closets that have been reviewed and selected to serve as examples for everyone. You can find a list of SU closets in your individual "Find People" feed. They have been selected by the PM system to match your individual LIKES and sizes. The list changes every 30-60 mins. Although most users whether SU or not are trustworthy and honest, however some aren't and Poshmark provides us with some to start with. I always suggest reading through SOLD listings for feedback from past buyers/sellers as a reference in ANY closet. There are millions of wonderful users in the community that can't wait to meet you. marilynwalton I bought a new watch from you a while back. It has the rhinestones around the face and the face has 3 extra dials on it. The band is also metal. The brand says Geneva on it. 10clippers Hello poshers !!! I have a question my likes have gotton way to big and I want to clear out some of them . To get them disappear from my screen I have to click unlike but I feel bad clicking them because it's not that I don't like the items I just want to make room for new likes! 10clippers Hello again I have a question I sold 2 dresses in a bundle last week and I noticed the buyer that I sold it too is now selling it . Is that pretty common with posh? I just kind of felt like I was ripped off a little cause she's asking way more than what I sold it for . Do people go around posh and take advantage of maybe new sellers maybe not knowing how much to price their items for or like I said maybe it is super common . It kind of makes me not want to sell as much but then why do I care cause I got money out of it right? Sorry just feeling a little pushed over ! Just need advise thanks!

bthereasap @10clippers Hi🌸 There are many reasons why the buyer may "Reposh" the item. May not be happy with the fit on her body (let's face it it's always a risk it may not look as good on me as it did on you). Perhaps the colors are different than expected. She may have realized the items were priced less than they could sell for. She would like to "Reposh" it but is trying to recover the commission and shipping fees in the process. Priced it higher because she's afraid of getting lowball offers. Whatever the reason as a rule I never post anything unless it's something that I'm ready to part with. Once that happens and it sells I'm happy that it's on it's way to make someone else feel the same. Whether is resold for more or less. Worn never or always I don't look back. Don't be upset with yourself. Your learning as you go along just like the rest of us. Building knowledge, followers and relationships. Enjoy your journey! 💐

missantonia Hi thanks so much for taking the time to respond on this thread. Here is my issue: I sold a sweater, packaged it properly, affixed the provided label, and popped it in the mail slot. Days go by and I notice it is not being tracked by the PM system. Then it is canceled by either PM or the buyer, not sure which, but it was canceled after the package was already en route to the buyer. The buyer, claims to not have received it. Whatever the reason a communication breakdown between the post office and poshmark was, i don't believe it would effect the delivery process. In any case, I have emailed PM support 3 times for direction and advice, but I have received no response whatsoever. Just the courtesy email saying they have received my email, and they will be with me shortly. Only its been several days. Forgive my long post, I'm just so disappointed and don't know what to do now. Thanks

bthereasap @missantonia Hi🌸 I'm sorry this has happened. The only help with regards to your predicament can come from PM Support. The tracking info which shows the item as delivered would be enough. It's a matter of time until they get to your email and should release the funds from the sale. I'm sorry I couldn't help further with this but you've already done everything to resolve it yourself. Just be patient 💐.

bthereasap @ksells13 Hi🌸 Welcome to Poshmark! Only women's clothing and accessories are allowed on PM. You should try selling on a similar children's site called Totspot for the baby clothing, it's quite popular and does have a large following of buyers looking for children's items.

bthereasap @123blaze456 Poshmark is good with prompt check disbursement. My guess is with 4/3 being a Friday it didn't begin processing until the Monday. USPS regular mail often takes days dependent on how close to California you are. Should be there any day, I wouldn't worry. Good luck!

bthereasap @waltersd Hi 🌷 Welcome! Sure you can exclude the items you can't or are unwilling to discount by noting that in its description. Such as "Price is firm even if bundled". The I often write "offers welcome" on individual items as well as discount bundles 10% though the bundle feature. As you can see you are free to do as you like. There aren't any restrictions really.
