marlanap @247jewelrystore Hi! Just took a quick peek into your closet. I see you have Gobs of followers so that is really great! Very impressive! How did you do that so quickly??? I have been on Posh for over 6 months and am still building my following gradually. It took a while to catch on to all of the rules, how to gain more followers and such, but I think I have a much better understanding now. Do you participate regularly in the evening Theme Parties? Are you on any of the Party Alert lists? That is how I have learned quite a bit, especially how to grow on here. So all in all, it is work, like a part-time job. But I am enjoying being on Poshmark very much. Of course, I have learned that we, like any small business person per se, need to offer incentives to grow our Sales. Offering a Bonus Gift to Returning Buyers is I think a good idea. I have seen this offered on a few other pages and decided to offer it as a regular part of my closet too. Any other questions? 247jewelrystore Hi, I am not aware of your alert list. I am starting a series of contest today that I hope will move my followers quicker. Following and sharing is how I've got my followers. Just trying to build more. I would like to get a suggest user lever and even more at some point. I do work the parties every day and I am on here daily like a job. Please tell me about these alert list. And also I do a lot of sharing which has helped with my sales tremendously. Things are slow this week however. Also you said something about tips you've learned, give me some ideas. Most of what I learned was just to share share share, they also say attend all parties that you can and share as much as you can. With not having many followers it's definitely helped my exposure.

marlanap @247jewelrystore Sounds like you have great knowledge and insight about Posh in general. Yes, I am definitely doing much more Sharing lately! Sales are slow, but gaining many more followers will hopefully help. Getting more HP's is also helpful. Advance Party Alerts allow you to get to communicate with the Party Hosts way before the Party. Tagging them directly in your closet if they allow it is always a great idea too. In fact, I just sent you a Party Alert this morning. From now on, I will be tagging you about them as much as possible. Any other questions that you have right now! Helping one another (those who follow Posh Rules is a BIG deal!) is always cool with me. 😎

247jewelrystore I am trying to learn. The ins and out and def. all the rules. I am up now still trying to update my closet. I want to be able to make money here and move up in this community. I am on disability and trying to get a little extra income cause I have 3 kids in collage and I love the community. Do you think it's possible to make several 100 a week on here. Not sure if anyone is doing this.

marlanap @247jewelrystore Sometimes big sales come in spurts. There are some who are doing very well and have Posh as their main income now. I am on here to sell off clothes and have a second stream of extra money coming in every year. I will not name my 2013 total, but I did much better than I expected. Posh is great! I would say getting to know others and visiting their closets helps you to see their sales flow. I would recommend you talk to some of our more experienced Poshers like @alexislovebee @classicpatty @queenmumm @manymurrays @pamelam @elisehunter about the best way to improve your Sales quickly. In the meantime, keeping up with the Party Alerts, you will be able to connect with way more Sellers and potential Buyers. I really wish you the Best!!! And will keep tagging you. God Bless you! 247jewelrystore Thnx so much for the tips and I'll take your advise. I just go on here about 2 mos ago but been selling around a month. Ultimate goal is $500 but before the end of the year I wanted to 20 sales which I did exceed. Thanks for the help. So much to learn and I have diminished memory so this makes it that much harder but I'm still going to give it my best effort. I'll let you go sure you have a lot to do this early. Been on here all night just trying to fix everything in my closet and learn all I can. Thnx again.

marlanap @kookc Interesting you mentioned thieves. Your package may have gotten taken because the mailman left it on the welcome mat at my front door I think Weds. He never rang my bell to my knowledge. I was home all day. So it was there overnight! How stupid and inconsiderate of him! Yes, it is the time of year when people really want to steal packages! I am going to complain about it the next time I go to the nearest post office. It was registered as "delivered" LOL. But he usually leaves my packages in a locked mailbox where we can get them with a special key! So I was lucky to notice it the other morning before I went to work. I am very thankful that I did and that so far our neighborhood is nice enough that people do not take your stuff even when left in the open like that. Whew! That was a Close Call!

51twenty Hi Marlana. Yes, I'm glad too. It's unfortunate that things like that sometimes happen. I have not had that happen to me personally but, I have had a similar incident. My posh purchase showed delivered but it wasn't to me. It took 21/2 weeks for them to track the package. It got lost! I wanted this coat so bad. The seller did get her money back and so did I. Posh is really good about that. (Just catching up on my news feed) Have a great weekend : )
