I know! I can't believe it either. This bag is in near new condition despite the fact great its design pre-dates Coach's iconic turn-lock closures and fabric linings. The leather is in like-new shape, and it still has that delicious deep leather smell and feel. The interior is flawless. The embossed creed stamp shows the creed language in its infancy, and this bag was made right here in New York, where Coach was founded in 1941. Own a piece of history with this classic!

aelalea @elliepotter Hi and thank you for stopping by my closet! Yes, it would fit notebooks, but not loads of them. I just put three of them into the bag, and they fit just fine. More might be too many. Were you thinking of this for a school bag? 💙

elliepotter Yes I was! My classes are online so it would only be to bring a notebook and maybe a laptop to a coffee shop nearby. Not too much carrying!

bellagibson Nice! I happened to walk by the Coach office in NY, well I think it's an office because it had the coach plaque next to the door and had no merchandise. Really a low key area.. This is a great bag! Never seen anything like it!
