jessica10908 @mzic good morning huni. Sorry for the delayed reply. The length is 23" and the care instructions say "hand wash. Do not bleach. Cool iron. Dry clean. Dry flat". So you can hand wash it or dry clean it. Please let us know if you have anymore questions. This top is so soft and comfy. It's in new condition as well. Pains me to part with. As I paid full retail price and only wore it once.
