@flblondie86 The belt is included. These are all retail brand-new. The one that I wore in the picture I kept. So all of these have never been worn😊

@megannen okay. Thanks. It's really cute. I am usually a small in juniors / XS / small in adults so I think it would fit me. Sometimes things are narrow in the shoulders & are hard to get on, but I think this looks ok.

@flblondie86 The awesome thing about this dress is you can pull it over your head because it is stretchy in the bottom and not so much on the top but when you pull it over your head and pull your shoulders and arms through the shoulder holes it fits perfectly that way. Haha I hope this helps.
