The size small is going to fit your average size small. If she's a true small it should fit fine. Still offering buy 2 get one free? If I buy for one daughter in law I may have to buy for the other. She is also short but very top heavy. I'm looking but the one dress she showed me she liked was a maxi with a very small top. I am sure that would not fit her right. Any suggestions?

@persuasions it's a surprise..I can't buy one and not the other! She is 5'4" very top heavy but small hips and shorter legs. She covers up her stomach alot. On top I would say large for her size. I am at a loss!

I don't think she would like really she and I'm wishing that white cold shoulder top was not sheer because I think that would be perfect. She's really not a high low girl and the dress with the stretch top and bodice I think would not fit her..
