It's stunning pretty and brand new! I LOVE it and HATE to let it go...My mom bought it for me in South Korea but it's too big. It's labeled as XL but is not that large. I'm 5'6" and American size 2 and this dress fits like a size 4 or 6. The chain belt comes with it. It's great for taking photos on beach! Silky butterfly scarf 68 by 20 inch included. Is this offer just for the skirt, or is the white top part of the skirt, making it a dress?
