lhmetz @1hermitcrab I have Hashimotos which is a autoimmune disease that makes me hypothyroid! Get tested if you have tried to lose weight and cannot. You can google it! I weighed more than when I was pregnant and it took me two years plus to lose it! I think a lot of women have it, but do not realize it. Most are just hypothyroid. :) The struggle is real! 😂

lhmetz @1hermitcrab you definitely need a physical! Regular doctors use a different scale than endocrinologist do when it comes to what they feel is hypothyroid! Also, make sure you are going to gynecologist because sometimes bloating and weight gain can be contributed to more serious problems. The only way I lost it was going super low on calories like you are doing. If that is not working, please go see a doctor :)

lhmetz @1hermitcrab Let me know how it goes! I am concerned, so I will say a prayer for you. Make them listen!! I go to a woman. Most male doctors cannot relate and will not believe that you are trying. I had to go two times within months to get more blood work because it did not show up the first time. I knew something was wrong, and insisted that I needed to have blood work done over, because I knew I was not crazy! (Well, not full blown crazy...lol)
