phoenixmam @myoutfits2020 Hi, thanks, it is really super cute, it will close as small as 31" but wouldn't be worn tight around the waist per say, over clothes you would need more room anyhow. Also another hole can be made to make smaller if need be. Hope that helps! Love the shoes but I'm 6.5/7, bummer!
