Planning on getting to the PO this evening or tomorrow. I’m quiet annoyed as we were actually home Saturday and I hate the post office. Not with you of course but with the delivery folks. Anyway I hope to have it soon

@loriannschmidt I just got it from the PO. Thank you. It’s says in the description new never carried. It has pen marks inside and the clasp doesn’t close. How do you want to handle it? Lovely bag but definitely not never carried. I’m sure I can not accept it via posh but wanted to message you first

@toscabella I’m sorry to hear this :( it’s on consignment and it was definitely latching fine when we photographed it... we were definitely not aware of any signs of wear or would not have listed it as new..

@loriannschmidt I hate to do it but I’m going to not accept it and return it. I absolutely detest pen marks in purses. They are small but they will make me crazy. I am so sorry.
