jerseyginger @peachyjulie Hi! Thanks for visiting! It would really depend on how much smaller it needs to be. When fabric is cut to make a dress it is like a bunch of pieces that make up a puzzle. If it needs to be made much smaller then ALL the pieces need to be smaller, too. The cost and manipulation of the dress is usually not worth it.

jerseyginger @peachyjulie It also depends on your body type. I have a friend who is very big busted so in order for her to wear a style like this she is forced to get a larger size and have it drastically altered. If you have a local seamstress I would show her the pics and ask her generally what would be involved to give you the best fit for your figure.
