persuasions @joyce_23 hi huni. No one is at our store front boutique at the moment to measure the sleeve length. What I can tell you with absolute certainty is the average sleeve length on women's garments is 18" from the underarm to the end of the sleeve. This dress has just slightly longer sleeves to accommodate the lovely bell sleeve detailing. Our model Nicole shows in the photos where the sleeves land, as she's modeling the size small.
