luxeious @jgt1176 💁🏾✨ This dress is pretty long. You'll need heels at 5'4. I am also 5'4 cough cough 5'3 haha and I wear heels with it and I'm fine. It does wrap and will go down at least one size if tightened. Not sure about two sizes but at least your size 😀 So yes on the wrap but length depending on how high the shoes you may need a hem. I kept mine long cause I like it like that haha
