Chiffon dress. V-neck. Sleeveless with adjustable straps. Ruffled overlay on front. Two hip pockets.
Slips on. Lined. Shell: 100% Polyester. Lining: 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. Please note: tag has "irregular" stamped on it. I couldn't find any irregularities myself.

@angelcraz76 okay measured it and it's 34 in the bust. The good news is that the straps are adjustable. I'm looking at the Guess size chart on the website and it says a 34" should be a size small.
